Ouch.... You can probably replace the Powerbook for that !

Ifixit has them for $500, DVwarehouse has the board for $600 !

Personally, I would buy another Powerbook and sell the broken one as a parts machine.

There is at least one on eBay now listed for $229 starting bid or $289 buy-it-now.
