Re:Battery or Board - 2008/04/12 08:49 Try taking the CD out of the right port and install the battery in the right side and see if that takes care of the problem, the battery can reside in either side! I personally run two batteries for longevity on the road with out the car adapter! If that cures your problems replace your power supply card, this card has the “fingers” to make contact with battery and do not only corrode but become week and will lose contact! I’ve had to replace mine when it would just shut down, that is when I found I could run two batteries, the first battery was and is still working, it was just the power supply board.
