1.42 Power Mac G4 FW800 Power Supply - 2009/10/17 12:31 I have this machine & a 20" Cinema display. Power supply verified bad at the Apple store. I'm trying to find a used PSU but am unsure if I can use either/or 400 Watt or a 360 Watt unit. My G4 came with 360 installed. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that the 400 Watt wouldn't work with my Cinema display. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

As long as it's a MDD PSU it will work. All G4 PowerMacs can run a Cinema Display if it has an Apple ADC video card and has nothing to do with the PSU.
