setting up macbook - 2009/09/14 09:49 Hi I have just purchased a macbook pro. I also own a iphone. Previously my iphone was synced with my pc. Question is
1) how do i connect my iphone to the macbook, will the itunes recognise my iphone or i have to reregister into itunes in the macbook.
2) how do i transfer all my stuff in the itunes pc - music, photos etc to my new itunes in the macbook.

The Mac will recognize the iPhone right away. You'll have to set up your account on the Mac's iTunes, but that's really easy to do. I'd set up your account on iTunes and transfer the music from the PC to the Mac first, then connect the iPhone.

You seem to know about the iPhone, which is like the iTouch, I'm upgrading to the 64 iTouch from a 32, what do I have to do to make my new pod take over, do I have to
"Erase all content and settings"
on the old one? I remember reading on this subject, but can not find where I read it?
My new pod will be here tomorrow and I want to be ready ahead of time! I still won't be able to get all my tunes on it but I will have more!
