Sharing folders across network - 2009/08/07 09:11 I am running Windows using Bootcamp on an iMac. I used to use a PC and was able to get to the shared folders on that PC. Again, running Windows using Bootcamp on my iMac, I have setup shared folders and am trying from our server to open those shares. I can see my computer as having something to share but when I try to open it, it prompts me for a login. I have tried the login I use to log into Windows, the admin login setup in the Mac side, my network login, nothing works. What would be the reason this would be different than before? I have tried this on several other iMacs running Windows using Bootcamp, and I get the same result. I am told it's Windows just running on a Mac, but there must be something different about this setup that is preventing me from getting to my shared folders.

Thanks
