Re:G4 & trinitron monitor - 2009/07/29 23:07 Disconnected all ram, hard drive, zip, cd, scsi, firewire, video, then reconnected; nothing.
Tried starting from a OS 9 cd, but I cannot tell if it did or didn't, the monitor is blank, "Power Save" light is on, though.

Re:G4 & trinitron monitor - 2009/07/31 09:45 You should be getting video booting from a disk if everything is working correctly. The Sony multiscan will work fine with any video card.

I would also try pressing the CUDA reset button on the logicboard. If nothing works and you still get no video I would guess there is a problem with the logicboard or processor.
