I personally prefer Carbon Copy Cloner - it's donationware and fully functional for free (donation suggested if you like it)

SuperDuper is the other popular cloning app and it's free version is limited. The Paid version has a couple of advantages over CCC but not worth the cost in my opinion.

As harry mentioned there is one advantage to the Raptor drives...Speed.
