swapping hard drives? - 2006/07/20 00:36 I'm shortly to be moving house ( from NZ to UK!) and I'm wondering about transporting my Mac G4 tower. The old thing's showing it's age a bit these days &, to be honest, I could probably sell it for more money here in NZ than in UK.
But I have lots of work, music, movies & useful apps stored on my 2 hard drives....so, is it possible to remove these drives & hook em up to a new Mac without missing a beat?
If so, that's be great ( and much less hassle than shipping the tower itself)
