Install disk part numbers for MacBook PRos - 2009/06/15 15:04 I recently bought a refurbished MacBook Pro, late 2006, 2.33 GH, 2,2 15". It did not come with install disks and I am looking for them on line. The retail disks are very expensive (close to $200) but model specific disks are more reasonable. Where do I go to find out the parts # for those install disks? I did not see that kind of information on this site, but perhaps I missed it. Thanks,

Re:Install disk part numbers for MacBook PRos - 2009/06/15 20:02 Try calling Apple. They will sell replacement OEM disks for your Mac at a very reasonable price. (as cheap as anywhere probably) Just give them the model info and they will know what you need.

Try either of these numbers:

Apple(1-800-SOS-APPL)

1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273)
