Re:iMac G3 600 mhz - 2009/04/21 21:01 Are you sure the OS9 disk is a install disk? Or maybe a install disk from a different machine which might be specific to that machine. Even if it has OS9 on it you should be able to drag it from the CD to your hard drive, if you have had OSX on that machine it my need the OS9 drivers from the OSX disk, this is at the beginning of the installing of OSX. If you have erased and reformatted the hard disk it should not cause a problem, It is a G3 so it should run OS9! Good luck!!!
