iPod classic: buttons do not respond - 2008/12/22 03:38 Hey all,

I seem to be having trouble with my 160 BG iPod Classic; the scrollwheel is OK, but the actual buttons don't seem to work, when I press them the iPod does not respond. The day before this happened I noticed I needed to press the buttons harder and more than once to make it respond, and now they don't work at all. I have an IBM PC, with Windows XP installed on it.

Anyone know what could be the problem?

Any help will be appreciated!

:)

Re:iPod classic: buttons do not respond - 2008/12/22 18:10 did anything happen before this change occurred? did you drop it or something? try resetting/restoring it and see if that fixes it.
