iMac G4 1.25 Ghz ( USB 2.0 ) 20 " Upgrades - 2008/12/08 17:38 Hello imac users,
This is my 1st post and my question runs similar to one from Hector back in August.
I wish to optimise my imac by upgrading memory , hdd and processor , if possible ?
As hector queried , unofficial RAM for this machine could be 2GB , however if you look at Edge for the cards , they do not have 1GB cards listed for this machine , so how do you manage the 2GB upgrade with only 2 slots and 512mb cards available?
Does any one know if the 1.25Ghz processor can be upgraded ?
Finally , I think I can install a 750GB hdd ( Seagate ) , any problems ?
