Discussion Q&A - MacBook "Unibody" v. MacBook Air? - 2008/11/20 00:40With the gap between the 'consumer' MacBook and the 'professional' MacBook Air reduced considerably by the introduction of the MacBook 'Unibody', do you still think the MacBook Air is worth considering? Do you think the ultrathin design and three pound MacBook Air is worth the higher price and reduced performance, connectivity, and expansion compared to the 4.5 pound MacBook 'Unibody'? Why or why not?

Re:Discussion Q&A - MacBook "Unibody" v. MacBook A - 2008/11/20 05:16I like smaller notebooks but think that the Unibody MacBook is already pretty small and unless Apple either makes the MacBook Air even smaller the Unibody is too close to it. I would like to see a future MacBook Air be under two pounds with a ten inch high resolution display but be easy to upgrade like the Unibody MacBook. Pair it with a Dock and it would be very cool. - Mike
