Print server in a mixed environment? - 2006/07/07 12:45Hi All,
I plan to pick up one of the mini print servers to hook my epson photo and regular printer into my network.
Two Questions:
1. Any recommendations on hardware? The US Robotics and the Hawkings both look good at a reasonable price. Anyone have experience with these? Literature claims Mac and Pee Cee compatability. Do they work in a mixed environment?
2. Can I use a USB hub on the mini server to hook up multiple printers?
System: Several Macs running 10.2, 1 Pee Cee running XP Pro, Linksys Router (wired)
