Re:new laptop in question - 2008/10/23 22:12 Thanks for the infos... i dont edit video that much... lol... i meant watch... but im looking to buy a new one to last the entirety of my college career. If the new macs are anything like my g4, they will be tougher than a tank.

I agree with the apple care, and would purchase it with any new computer, because problems do occur over time and it's always nice to have the peace of mind.

So now im thinking of a laptop anywhere between a good/ cared for/ used 1.5 to 1.67 GHz Aluminum PowerBook, or a 1st Generation MacBook.
