syncing screwup / can't access files - 2008/09/13 15:31Hi, I have a 5th Gen iPod with video and I'm using it on a Compaq Presario that uses Windows XP. Unfortunately, I mistakenly started syncing the music on my iTunes library to my iPod. I tried to cancel it, but now all the files on my iPod appear in light font in iTunes and I can't access any files. I've tried unplugging the iPod (where the files still work fine) and restarting iTunes but nothing has helped yet. Is there a way to get my files back?
