syncing screwup / can't access files - 2008/09/13 15:31 Hi, I have a 5th Gen iPod with video and I'm using it on a Compaq Presario that uses Windows XP. Unfortunately, I mistakenly started syncing the music on my iTunes library to my iPod. I tried to cancel it, but now all the files on my iPod appear in light font in iTunes and I can't access any files. I've tried unplugging the iPod (where the files still work fine) and restarting iTunes but nothing has helped yet. Is there a way to get my files back?

Re:syncing screwup / can't access files - 2008/10/02 18:59 if the files are still on the computer just resync the ipod. if they arent on the computer for some reason, copy them off the ipod back to the computer.
