Macintosh IIsi or fx - 2006/07/03 06:27 I am in need of some ROM modules from one of these computers, it does not matter which, just only these two. If anyone has them I would be happy if I could have them, As the age and reliability of them making it in tact through the mail I would perfer them to be sent free of any charges, it wouldn't cost but a protective casing and a stamp. Greately appreciated. if you wonder the purpos, it is to put in an SE/30 and upgrade to Mac OS 7.6.1, thank you kindly.

Re:Macintosh IIsi or fx - 2006/07/03 13:06 Good luck finding a clean ROM for an SE/30 for free. These are very desirable items and are hard to find, much less for free. You may want to try eBay or the LowEndMac swaplist on Google groups.

What I should have said and meant is an IIsi or IIfx ROM for the SE/30.

The SE/30's dirty ROM is easy to find, the others are not.

Re:Macintosh IIsi or fx - 2006/07/06 18:02 I remember this upgrade, no one is going to give you it for free. Post a reasonable asking price and someone probably will help you.
