Floppys for Mac SE - 2008/07/20 05:10Just found my old Mac SE in the garage... Is there a way to make floppys, from a PC using .sit files that works on the Mac?

Re:Floppys for Mac SE - 2008/07/20 10:07Great, thanx! It was a while ago since I used Mac's. Bought the Mac Plus back in -85 and then got the SE, but it's been siting in the garage since years. So, sorry for being ingnorant, but .sit files can be executed, right? Are they like .exe on PC's?

Yep, I knew that...... Does'nt the new StuffIt expanders work on those? And, is it possible to ubstuff a sit file on a PC?

Answering myself.... Yes, StufIt Expander did the job!
New question: It seems that the cable that runs from the keyboard to the Mac is missing. Does Mac use the same cable on modern machines, and if not, where can you get one?
