I think each offering has perks for each different user but generally speaking Parallels seems to be the best at what it does. Run Windows.

You've done your homework and I can't really add anything useful but from what I have seen I would choose Parallels over Fusion on a MacBook if you are just running XP and no plans for Linux.

I wish I could be of more assistance but nobody has responded so I thought I would throw my .02 in there. Not that it means much ;-)
