I have Toast Titanium.
The notes in OWC indicate that the Pioneer DVR-115DBK drive will not burn dvds under any version of 10.3.
Is this correct? Patches? different drive?

The note on OWC just says it is not natively supported for burning with the Mac OS or iApps like iDVD before OS 10.4.3 but Toast will burn DVD's just fine.
You may want to consider upgrading to OS 10.4 sometime soon because OS 10.3 is getting a little dated at this point. You can find OS 10.4 retail disks at many of the online retailers or on eBay for about $50.

I have been preparing to make the move, but still need Classic for my aging version of Office.
Am I correct that 10.4 will not do classic?
I need to shop for a new version of Office and a 10.4 upgrade. Gotta sell more stuff on ebay to raise the cash.

I'll do the upgrade to 10.4
Back to burners: I'm looking at the pioneer 115 or the comparable Lite-on. About $5 difference in price.
Any known issues whern swapping into a G4 tower? I have a copy of patchburn if necessary.
