WinXP to a 6040Mac - 2007/10/21 16:44 I have just been given an HP Pavilion 7934 running WinXP (aagh!) and apart from leaving it to gather dust, I wiondered if it is possible to network it with an old Performa 630?
I have a DaynaPORT E/CS 10Base2 thinnet co-ax card for the 630 so could I get a similar card for the PC? Any way, is it possible???
I would like to have the PC look and add to an old database (Filemaker Pro) that is sitting on the 630 and then have it print out to an old Mac printer (4/600)
Any constructive comments gratefully received! ( I know, I Know...I tried refusing the offer of the PC but the donor was having none of it!!!)
