Re:powermac g3 video problem? - 2006/12/24 12:57 Hello,

I assume you have a Beige G3 PowerMac with the onboard video. Max video ram for one of those is 6megs (two onboard plus a 4meg stick). you can install a ATI PCI 16meg video card. Which can be found on e-bay for anywhere from $5.00 up plus shipping.

If you are intrested I can sell you a ATI PCI 16meg video card for $15.00 shipped guarrented NO DOA. I have a Beige G3 mini tower that I run the same card in and there is a noticable differance in video performance plus better resolution and if you are running OS 9 the drivers are built in to the OS.

It may be that the onboard video is having issues and could quit on you anytime again. You can reply here if you are intrested in one of the ATI PCI 16meg video cards.
Thanks
Wally G.
