Lombard does not recognize hard drive - 2006/11/20 10:54I have G3 Lombard that will boot with iBook restore software; however, the computer does not recognize the hard drive. I have even tried a different hard drive that I know has an operating system; however, the hard drive is still not being recognized.
The Apple System Profiler does not show the hard drive under Devices and Volumes. Apparently this computer has been configured to work with a Network Disk only.
What can I do to cause the hard drive to be recognized?
