Thank you for not laughing - 2006/05/29 01:05This is probably the wrong place to post this but here goes: I picked up a NEWTON E300 "The original PDA" When I got it to power up (using my Powerbook charger) it comes up with a message about needing to go to "Teachers Setup to reset password." Does anybody know/remember how this is done? I bought it 'cuz it looks cool, but it would be nice to DO something with it, too!

Re:Thank you for not laughing - 2006/06/02 00:02I've got one of those in the basement. I think just resetting the Emate while hitting the power button would send it back to factory condition. Since I used mine outside a school setting I don't recall the Teacher Mode. Hope this helps.
