G3 ibook dull screen - 2008/10/28 16:44hello everyone just purchased an ibook with broken screen for spares or repair. the screen was a 12.1" and i have one from a different laptop a compaq i think which fits fine but when switched on it is very dim and colourless. i do not have a proper power supply yet and am using a targus universal adapter could this be why the dark screen or do you think it could be another problem. thankyou for any advice offered regards to all
