service manual for PowerBook G4/1.5GHz 17" - 2007/06/20 08:59is this self-serviceable in terms of adding RAM, and perhaps a new hard drive?
if so, does anyone have a link to the service manual?
(i received a link to the service manual for my wallstreet via the forum a while ago, i'm hoping the manual for this is also available.)

Re:service manual for PowerBook G4/1.5GHz 17" - 2007/06/20 10:38You cannot download the Service Manuals for Macs anymore, but you can download the User Manual from Apple.
The RAM is an easy upgrade in that Mac. There is an access door on the bottom of the case for RAM. The hard drive is a little trickier.
Check out the Ifixit.com site for a take apart guide.
