I just got around to getting new ram in this one (I just got a new hard drive for my clamshell... more on that in the other forum LOL) and so far so good. I left it running, playing a whole CD and it was fine. I guess the "RAM gods" like me after all LOL.... I was begining to worry. I still need to get the java updates in there..... I will let you know how that goes =)

UPDATE 2/12/09:
Ok, I ran all the updates and it was looking promising, until I got to the Java updates, then it crashed.... kernels galore! Now I can't get to boot in safe mode or from the disk.... I even tried TDM and it froze that way too! I am so dissappointed right now =( HELP ME PLEASE!
