You can use any CPU out of a Sawtooth or Gigabit Ethernet model G4. The DP800 & DP533 will not work in your Mac.
If you need a motherboard you need to get one out of the same model you have so the ports line up with the case holes and everything fits. You gave a Gigabit Ethernet model G4 so that's the only board that will fit without modding the case and more depending on the board.
The range of Apple CPU's that will work in your Mac are 350, 400, 450, 500 & DP500. There are aftermarket CPU's for the AGP model G4 too. Click the ad on this page for OWC's offerings. Aftermatrket Apple CPU's are not cheap though.
Unless you can find a DP500 CPU for a reasonable price I would part that Mac out and find something newer and faster.
