Re:wtb: OS 9.2 -update - 2007/09/25 20:21 An update on my OS 9 issues. I did find an original Apple OS 9.2.1 install disc but at first it did not work any better than the copy of OS 9.1 my local Apple dealer gave me some time ago. With the help of Everymac member Ron Krell I finally managed to get Classic working.

My problem was the original OS 9 folder I planted on the hard drive which came from a system backup I had made. I couldn't delete it until Ron suggested booting with the Apple disc and then trashing it. That worked fine and after some more guidance from Ron I did a clean install of 9.2.1 and bingo!, I have Classic to go with my Tiger.

For the information of anyone who has similar problems
