Re:Discussion Q&A - Ultra-Portable Notebook? - 2006/06/27 08:55 I have one of the new 2.0 GHz Macbooks, 13.3 inch screen. It is a really nice machine, a good compromise between hefty computing power and portability. The screen is big enough to get a good view (and at 53, I NEED bigger stuff to see) and the keys are well spaced enough that my fat fingers don't double-strike any worse than they do on full sized keyboards. the single-double finger trackpad functions (single finger for cursor, two fingers for scrolling) works great! I hardly ever use a regular mouse for it.

In short, looks great, functions perfectly, light and portable enough to take anywhere, and gets a good three and a half hours of battery time with heavy Airport use, longer if its turned off (up to well over four hours, depending on your HD use).

I'd recommend it to anyone. (and often do!)
