Re:Discussion Q&A - Core 2 Duo iMacs? - 2006/09/11 19:13Jeff, how true about the reading glasses. LOL. Sometimes letters are so tiny at high res that they are hard to see.
I do not like the wide white part at the bottom either but think that is where they hide the hard drive. My Dell monitor at work is pretty wide at the bottom too but it is not as wide or as obvious because its black.

Re:Discussion Q&A - Core 2 Duo iMacs? - 2006/09/11 21:11They're nice looking computers. My wife teaches HS computer and has a 20" at her disposal. It's fast and the graphic quality is really nice.
On the other hand, we buy only used Macs and have for over 15 years. Therefore, we're always at least a generation behind. We just updated to a G4 Digital Audio, which is a delight to use. I'd say it will be several years before we even think about getting one the current Macintel iMacs.
