Based on the Mini's wikipedia article these are the three CPU's available:

But this can't be right as some users with 2.66 have already shown they only have 3MB L2 cache, & surely Apple wouldn't leave VT disabled for the lowest model? Particularly considering an earlier version of the 2.26 (for the mini 09' early) 'did' have VT enabled!

Others have claimed the line up is more like this:

But I'm not sure where they've gotten proof of the model no's...

Advice greatly appreciated!
