New User! - 2009/10/04 14:02 Hi People!

Can anyone tell me more about this Mac I have just purchased!

(scan down to see it)

I will be using it mainly for email, internet and making home DVD's.

The only recommendations I have would be to
1 ) Max the memory at 2Gb.
Only 512mb Ram is a bit light for running Leopard.
2 ) It only has a combo drive too which is CD R/W + DVD Read only.
You will not be able to burn DVDs with it.
Rather than go to the expense of having it replaced , I'd buy an external DVD burner.
