i've been getting all my old vinyl and cassettes to digital...done ok with that part and have a lot of music on an ext drive ..would now like to start getting it into i tunes and eventually get it on the ipod...

Xitel is the hardware / software i used to get digital . ..

despite it downloading the wav files and putting em in my library ...

i had a similar issue w/ windows media player on a different computer a few weeks back in a similasr test ..?!?!?

Re:gettin music back - 2009/10/26 21:48 What format are you saving your work in? I will generally save mine in AIFF format then convert them to MP3. AIFF files are large but have all the pieces to it, MP3 is a compressed version of files and some might argue they are missing the TRUE tone of the music, I find this true on a home stereo units, but not on my iPod!
