Virus on my Ipod - 2009/10/22 15:58I have an 80gb Ipod classic and Windows XP on a Fujitsu Siemens laptop. Yesterday I had to restore my laptop because I had a virus that was affecting my computer when i started it up. (It was loading onto the desktop screen and the the windows bar along the bottom didappeared).
I installed a new anti virus today and now i'm trying to add the files from my ipod back onto my laptop. When i connected my ipod to my laptop and tried to open the ipod folder on My Computer, a virus alert came up and i sent it to the virus safe. The virus that it detected was PUVER.EXE and now whenever i click on my ipod folder, it says that puver.exe can't ve connected so the file won't open. (because my anti-virus software is holding it, i use Avast! anti virus by the way) I don't want to delete everyhing off of my ipod so is there any way of getting this file off of my ipod?
