Ipod Classic causes BSOD - 2009/09/24 07:29
Hi Everyone,
I'm Kind of new here and I need help.
I had this Ipod Classic 80Gb since last year and the Ipod software is up to date including the iTunes. My problem only occurs when I convert my videos and transfer them to the unit (I use Wondershare 4.2.1 Platinum to convert videos [iPod Classic MPEG-4 *.mp4 settings]). It seems that my Ipod no longer accepts large files to be uploaded which is highly unlikely. By the way, my Ipod classic still has 73Gb of free space and I use Windows XP sp3.
Uploading pictures and music is not a problem but when I upload even a single video, a BSOD would occur.
Since I just updated my iTunes 8 to iTunes 9, I figured that this was the problem. So, I have uninstalled the iTunes 9 and reinstalled the iTunes 8, but I still have the same problem. I have also tried connecting on different USB ports and still the BSOD occurs. I have no idea on what to do next and was hoping I could get any ideas from you.
Here is the BSOD Tech Error Info:
