ipod wont turn on - 2008/08/27 15:57hi i need a little help. i have an ipod 4gb it charges and it appears when i plug it into the pc but it wont turn on. i just get a sreen with the web address www.apple.com/support/ipod but nothing else happens even if i try the reset. any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks***
