additional internal hard drive - 2009/10/14 16:51 I have a new MacPro (2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon) with two 1TB internal drives. I want to add two more, but am confused. I see 1.5TB and 1TB drives available, but Apple says that I can only use 1TB drives. Can I use the larger drives?

Re:additional internal hard drive - 2009/10/15 01:45 Who at Apple told you the limit was 1TB ?

Check out OWC (ad on this page) for drives available for your Mac. If OWC lists it as compatible you can bet they have tested it. They now sell 2TB drives for the MacPro - 8TB total.
